Welcome to Prepd Goods. These Terms govern your use of prepdgoods.com and any purchase you make from us.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Prepd Goods, a business based in Norway. Contact: support@prepdgoods.com.

2. Acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use this site or buy from us. The site is currently intended for customers in the United States.

4. Products, pricing, and AI-generated content

We describe products as accurately as we can. Some product images and videos include AI-generated elements (presenters, lifestyle scenes, demos); the underlying physical product is real. We disclose this on every video we publish. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit, refuse, or cancel any order (suspected fraud, mispriced items, or stock unavailability).

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments or an equivalent processor.

6. Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We ship from a US warehouse via DHL US, free, 3–7 business days. Returns accepted within 30 days; refunds within 5 business days of receipt.

7. AI disclosure

We use AI tools to create product videos and most lifestyle imagery. The products are real; the visualizations are partially or fully AI-generated. Every video carries an “AI-generated demo” caption. We comply with FTC requirements (16 CFR Part 465) and EU AI Act provisions. We do not use AI-generated content to make personal-use claims through fictional individuals.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos) is owned by or licensed to Prepd Goods. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without our written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

9. User conduct

Don't use the site for unlawful purposes, automated scraping, gaining unauthorized access, submitting false information, or transmitting malware. We may terminate access for violations.

10. Reviews

By submitting a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our marketing. You confirm the content is your own, honest, and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We will remove inauthentic submissions.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” Statutory consumer rights under US state law and EU consumer law are not waived. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to your statutory consumer protections under your local jurisdiction (including US state-level consumer protection statutes and EU consumer law where applicable).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account) and a site notice for at least 14 days before they take effect.
